Douane-app voor btw-teruggave op in NL gekochte goederen voor niet-EU toeristen

Douane Nederland ontwikkelde samen met de Belastingdienst een meertalige app voor de aanvraag en goedkeuring van btw-teruggave op – in Nederland gekochte goederen - door niet-Europese toeristen. De ‘NL Customs VAT’ app is sinds 1 januari 2026 in gebruik.

Hoe kun je je gasten hierover informeren?

Dutch Customs, in collaboration with the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration, has developed a multilingual app for the application and approval of VAT refunds on goods purchased in the Netherlands by non-European tourists. The ‘NL Customs VAT’ app has been in use since January 1, 2026.

How can you inform your guests?

Good to know
