Register now for a free robbery prevention training! You'll get concrete tools and learn how to continue to act effectively for your own safety and that of your employees and guests.
KHN, in cooperation with and support of PVO Amsterdam-Amstelland, is organising free training in the field of robbery prevention in the hospitality industry.
The course is intended for members of the KHN department in Amsterdam. Owners/managers and employees can all register.
In the hospitality industry, there is a higher than average chance that you will have to deal with a robbery in your work. Do you know how to react in case of a robbery? Can you act effectively with your own safety and that of others in mind? Do you want to work on your self-confidence and mental resilience? Then follow this short and intensive training.
If you register, we are counting on your attendance. In the event of late cancellation or no-show, we charge an administration fee of € 50 (excl. VAT). You can cancel up to two working days in advance by sending an e-mail to khncursussen@khn.nl.
The training is offered free of charge for a maximum of 2 persons per company.
At the moment, this training is only scheduled in Dutch (see KHN | Gratis training overvalpreventie in de horeca in Amsterdam). If you are interested in attending this training in English, please let us know. If there is sufficient interest, a date will be scheduled. For multiple participants from a company, an in-company training might be of interest. You can submit a request via email to khncursussen@khn.nl or call 0348 48 94 76.
Did you know that Koninklijke Horeca Nederland also offers its members discounts on various safety measures? For an overview of these and other benefits, go to khn.nl/ledenvoordelen.
You can also follow a free online training. With the help of videos and photo situations, you will learn how to reduce the risk of a robbery as much as possible and how to react best during and after a robbery. This e-learning 'Do not let yourself be robbed' takes about 40 minutes and concludes with an exam. Do you pass? Then you will receive a certificate.
