As a hospitality entrepreneur, you know that last minute cancellations often lead to unnecessary costs. Therefore, KHN has a cancellation policy that applies when registering for courses, workshops and trainings.
Cancelling a course, workshop or training of KHN, is free only when cancelled up to seven business days before the start of the course. Cancellation can only be made in writing by mail to khncursussen@khn.nl or letter to:

If a course is cancelled seven business days before starting, then these rules will apply:
If a participant is indisposed, another participant (of the same company) can take their place. This needs to be communicated with KHN in writing (by letter or e-mail). There are no extra costs for this.
KHN reserves the right to cancel a course, workshop or training for insufficient participation, up to six days before the start of the course, workshop or training. We speak of insufficient participation, if less than ten paying participants have registered up to seven days before the course, workshop or training starts.
