Our program, 'Management Skills for Emerging Leaders,' is designed to support your development in this role.
During this training, you will learn essential management skills and have the opportunity to put them into practice through motivating industry examples. We look forward to welcoming you and building your success together.

Duration training: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM including lunch
Target audience: Emerging leaders with no or little experience in a leadership role.

- Sharing practical experiences and gathering expectations
- Who are you and how do you want to come across? Discover your own leadership style
- Ladder of success
- Giving compliments and constructive feedback
- You and your team: what is the mission and translate this into concrete goals and actions
- Communication quiz; test your communication style
- The power of positive language use; creating a positive work environment
- Time management
- Short DISC test and explanation of the DISC model
- What is your manual? Use the DISC insights to communicate and collaborate more effectively with your team
Costs and payment
- Members of KHN Amsterdam, Amstelland, and Haarlemmermeer: € 175
- Non-members: € 250
Prices are per person and exclude VAT. Members will receive an invoice after completion of the course. Non-members are requested to pay immediately upon registration via the payment link in the registration form.
